INTRODUCTION
The IPKC understand that motorsport, in its very nature, is highly competitive and emotional. However, we are firm believers that this should only be the case out on circuit! In an effort to keep our race meeting atmosphere as pleasant as possible, we have taken the liberty of writing up our Respect In Motorsport policy specifically for IPKC and will be the only policy we adopt.
By entering any and all IPKC events you agree to abide by the following policy and understand that failure to maintain this policy can result in penalties for you or your driver.
ATTENDEES
Any and all paddock member(s) deserve to be treated with respect, these include but are not restricted to:
- IPKC competitor
- Mechanic / Parent / Guardian
- Spectators
- IPKC officials
- Circuit owners / Officials
- Photographers & championship guests
- IPKC partners & sponsors
Anyone observed to be aggressive, be it physical or language, towards any of the above will be asked to leave the meeting. We will not tollerate any kind of bullying, abusive language, physical abuse, racism, sexism and accusations.
Please treat one and other the way you’d expect to be treated.
ipkc officials
IPKC offcials are here to conduct a fun, fair and safe race weekend and should be obeyed at all times.
Officials will not ask you to do something unless there is a reason. Please understand that we do not have time to discuss the reason with every person that is issued an order. Be safe in the knowledge that an order from an official has reasoning behind it.
Anyone found to disobey an official shall be met with a harsh penalty!
Community
As a community championship, we encourage paddock members to make each other feel welcomed. If you see someone struggling, offer them a helping hand. Pease do not turn away a competitor who asks for help. We are a community after all and you only strengthen relationships by being approachable and friendly.
We are extremely proud of the environment that has been created within IPKC and we encoiurage you all to maintain it.
