Tyres

Yes. Your race tyres need scanning into the IPKC tyre database at any championship round that you attend. This is true for both members and guests. Special races may be different however instructions will be released before the event.

Yes & No. Any new tyres that are purchased for the event must be purchased through IPKC due to our new tyre restriction ruling. Used tyres, if chosen, can be brought along for scanning.

Transponders

Your transponder should be attched to your kart before the start of your Saturday practice. Once fitted, it is to remain on the kart for the remainder of the weekend.

Event Entry

You probably did not complete your purchase in time, thus resulting in your entry being removed. Entry fee’s have to be paid within 24 hours of your entry being created or the system will automatically delete your entry and invoice.

IPKC have introduced a £20 late entry fee that will be added to your invoice if you have entered after the Saturday at midday (12pm) before the weekend.

Signing On

Absolutely not! All competitors are required to sign on to the event for insurance purposes. Failure to sign on will result in participation being postponed until completed. We require signing on to the event to be completed by the Friday before the event by 8pm.

Scrutineering Declaration

Absolutely not! All competitors are required to sign their scrutineering declaration for the event before being permitted to compete. Failure to sign your scrutineering declaration will result in participation being postponed until completed. We require signing signing your scrutineering declaration for the event to be completed by the Friday before the event by 8pm.
